High in nutritional value
Alfalfa sprouts are a great source of vitamin C, folic acid, vitamin K. In the cup of alfalfa sprouts have five percent vitamin C, 13 percent vitamin K, and only about 8 calories. In addition, they also contain protein and dietary fiber.
